About the Role:
DATCS LLC is looking for a motivated and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Longview, TX. Responsibilities:
- Sell company services to new and existing customers.
- Project a warm, inviting, and trustworthy image over the phone.
- Prepare, track, and manage service agreements.
- Respond promptly to sales leads and customer inquiries.
- Assist management with increasing sales and promoting the business.
- Serve as a liaison between outside sales and customer service department.
- Track and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead and sales reports.
- Maintain leads in HubSpot for future sales opportunities.
- Attend trade shows and Chamber of Commerce events.
- Learning DOT Compliance rules and regulations.
- Be cross trained in drug and alcohol collection procedures.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of inside sales, telemarketing, or customer-facing sales experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, confident demeanor
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a goal-oriented environment
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Positive, team-player attitude with a customer-first mindset
